Terms of use
Who may use YesIKnow
YesIKnow (www.yesiknow.in) is run by YesIKnow, a sole proprietorship based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. You may create an account only if you are 18 or older and can enter a contract under Indian law. By creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
What YesIKnow is
YesIKnow reads what Indian listed companies file with the stock exchanges (announcements, results, orders, management calls) and shows it in plain language: stories, numbers, and whether companies kept earlier promises. With your consent it can send you updates by WhatsApp and email.
It is for your own information. You may not resell it or use it to run a competing service.
Not investment advice
YesIKnow is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment adviser or research analyst, and is not a stock broker. Nothing on the site or in a message tells you to buy, sell or hold anything. Decisions are yours; speak to a SEBI-registered adviser before acting.
How far you can rely on the data
Much of what you see is read from filings by computer programs, some of them AI models. They can misread a figure, miss a filing, or arrive late. Every story links the company's own filing so you can check it; the filing is the authority, not our summary. Messages can be delayed or not delivered by WhatsApp, email or your phone network.
Your account
Give us your real name, an email you use and a WhatsApp number that is yours. Keep your sign-in to yourself; one account is for one person. Tell us at ceo@yesiknow.in if you think someone else has used it.
Plans and payment
YesIKnow is free while it is in preview. Before any paid plan starts, its price, what it includes, how it renews and how to cancel will be shown to you, and nothing will be charged without your agreement at that time.
What you may not do
Copy the site in bulk by program (scraping), break or get round its sign-in or limits, resell or republish its content as your own, or use it for anything unlawful.
Who owns what
The filings belong to the companies and exchanges that published them. The site's design, software, stories, pictures and the way it brings data together belong to YesIKnow. You may quote a story with a link to it.
Services we rely on
Google (sign-in), WhatsApp (Meta) and our email service deliver parts of YesIKnow, and their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability.
Limits of our responsibility
YesIKnow is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, or for indirect losses, arising from using it. Where we are liable, the total is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is more.
Closing an account
You can stop using YesIKnow and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms; where we can, we will tell you why.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you on the site or by email before the change applies. The date at the top always shows the current version.
Law, disputes and complaints
These terms follow Indian law. Write to ceo@yesiknow.in first; we answer within 30 days. A dispute we cannot settle goes to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
